Forgotten to Famous - The Heroes Who Shaped Our World

Hi, I’m Anne, and I’m excited to guide you through the historic heart of London on a walking tour of Westminster.

We’ll explore iconic landmarks like Westminster Bridge, Big Ben, and Parliament Square, but with a twist. As a trained actor, I’ll bring history to life and perform live theatre to portray my own experience of homelessness. Beneath the grandeur of the capital, we’ll delve into the often-overlooked indignities of those who are vulnerably housed. Along the way, we’ll also celebrate the remarkable women and unsung heroes who left their mark on Lambeth and Westminster and shaped the world we know today.

Join me to discover the hidden and celebrated individuals who shaped our world.

My Story

Hi, I'm Anne, and I'm delighted to guide you through Westminster in the heart of our capital, which has always held a fascination for me.

I was born and raised in the seaside town of Morecambe, known for its rich history in variety performance, which has deeply influenced my passion for the arts. I moved to London in 2018, but due to unexpected circumstances, I found myself suddenly homeless. This experience profoundly shaped my perspective on the city and the struggles many face beneath its surface.

Outside Unseen Tours I am a qualified singing teacher, flautist in a local band, and writer. I’m also dedicated to raising funds for Help Homeless Heroes, a registered charity. I hope to see a branch open in London soon. I love cooking and often try out new recipes to share with friends and family or provide catering for events. I also enjoy learning and speaking German. Additionally, I serve as a cantor in local churches, where I express my love for classical religious music.
