Our walks are outdoors, and take place whatever the weather. We go rain, hail, shine, snow (yes, we have had tours in the snow!). Please be sure to check the weather forecast on the day of your tour and to dress accordingly.

The tours last roughly 2 hours. If you’re enjoying the tour, our guides will be happy to show you a bit more of their unseen London!

Our tours are suitable for people of all ages. We have had children as young as 8 and sprightly adults in their 80s.

All of our tours (except our Shoreditch Tour) can be adapted to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

This is of course at your discretion but very much appreciated. The guide will always keep the full tip.

We want to make sure that everyone has an enjoyable experience. We thus limit our groups to a maximum of 30 people. Given its narrow streets, our Soho walks are limited to 12 people per group.

Be sure to have a good look at their picture from their tour page. They will try to bring an Unseen Tours sign, so look out for that! You’ll also receive their contact number for the day together with your email reminder.

In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour we will notify you by email or telephone and offer you the choice of switching to another day or a full refund. In instances in which tours have not met their running capacity (3 full paying adults) we may cancel/reschedule the tour. This is simply to ensure our guides are not working for less than minimum wage. If this may happen, you will be notified at least 24 hours before that there is a possibility that the tour may not go ahead.

Should you find that you cannot make the tour you have booked for we are happy to transfer your booking to another day provided you give 72 hours notice of the cancellation. Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds for tour you cancel. By booking on to the tour you are agreeing to be bound by our cancellation policy.
We regret that no refunds can be issued if you simply fail to turn up for the tour without contacting us.
